LEGAL BASIS FOR THE DATA PROCESSING

 This website processes the data primarily on the basis of users’ consent. The consent is usually granted through a banner placed on the page, or by the website consultation, which is a conclusive behaviour. By using the website, visitors and users approve this privacy statement and authorize the processing of their personal data in relation to the modes and purposes described below, including possible disclosure to third parties if necessary for service provision. Additional agreements related to specific purposes of a service are collected through communications or service request forms.

TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING.

Browsing data.

 IT systems and software procedures responsible for the functioning of this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

 IP addresses and the names of computer and terminal domains used by users, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Location) addresses in notation of the requested resources, the time of request, methods used to submit a request to the server, the dimension of the file obtained in response, numerical code indicating the response status given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s information environment enter this data category. Such data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed in order to obtain statistical information on the use of services (more visited pages, number of visitors per hour or day slots, geographical areas or origin, etc.) and to control the correct functioning of the offered services.

 Browsing data do not persist for more than seven days (except for possible needs for crime investigations by judicial authorities).

Optional, explicit and voluntary sending messages to contact addresses of a Company, private messages sent by users to institutional profiles/pages on social media (where this possibility is foreseen), as well as the compilation and forwarding forms present on a given site, involve the acquisition of contact data of the sender necessary to reply, as well as all other personal data included in communications.

Cookies and other tracking systems.

 ·       Cookies are small text files that a website can send to the browser of a user who is visiting the website, and can be memorised on a device (a computer or a mobile device) and preserved over time to be re-transmitted at the following visit.

Persistent cookies have typical expire dates which, except for particular exceptions, do not exceed 20 days. The permanent cookies, which are used to archive information, for example, the access name and password, in order to avoid the users’ obligation to type them every time they visit the site, remain memorised on a computer even after closing the browser. His or her data could also be communicated to public security subjects and other public and private subject for the fulfilment of legal obligations as well as those of fiscal, administrative, financial nature and similar. In no case the data will be spread. In respect of the proportionality and necessity principles, the data will not be kept for periods longer than indispensable for the achievement of the purposes indicated in this statement.

 Cookies are not used for user profiling, nor is any other tracking method used.

 Session cookies are used in a manner strictly limited to what is for a safe and efficient use of the websites. Memorisation of session cookies on terminals or on browsers is under the user’s control whereas on servers, at the end of HTTP sessions, information relative to cookies remain registered on the service logs with retention time which in any case does not exceed seven days equal to other browsing data.

   

RECIPIENT OF DATA.

The data collected is not transmitted to third party recipients outside the Company.

 The collected personal data are also processed by the Company’s personnel, which acts on the basis of specific instructions provided in line with the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

  

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES.

 The interested parties have the right to obtain from the Company, in the foreseen cases, access to their personal data and their correction or cancellation or the limitation of processing which concerns them or to oppose the processing (Articles 15 and following of the Regulation). A specific request is presented by contacting the Data Protection Officer at the Company as described above.

 

THE RIGHT TO CLAIM.

 Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referred to them implemented through this website happens in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to file a complaint to the Company, as foreseen by the Article 77 of the Regulation, or to appeal to the appropriate  court (art. 79 of the Regulation).
